Laura has been with Bellars Harris for over a decade and plays a central role in overseeing client experience, operational excellence, and day-to-day execution across the firm. She brings continuity, precision, and an intuitive understanding of client needs that comes only from long-term relationships.

Her connection to the firm is personal as well as professional. Laura’s mother, Jeanne, dedicated 33 years to Bellars Harris before retiring—making Laura part of a rare, multi-generation employee legacy that reflects the firm’s culture and values.

Laura was born and raised in Hampton Roads, Virginia. In her free times, she enjoys spending time with her husband Zack and son Damon.  The three of them can often be found spending time with family and friends.
