A structured process for consistently personalized planning
We believe that using a thoughtful and disciplined planning process is what can give you a clearer path to achieving your goals and objectives. It includes an in-depth discovery process to evaluate not only your financial goals and risk tolerance, but also to determine whether there is a mutually good fit for our client-advisor relationship. We use a rules-based investment process designed in the hopes of generating repeatable results.
-
First, we’ll build an understanding of your personal goals, current financial situation, investment experience and risk tolerance. We’ll also make you aware of our capabilities and explain the services we offer that can help you meet your objectives.
-
Next, we will analyze what you’ve shared with us in order to design your plan. We’ll look at the big picture, as well as every detail, including any gaps that need to be addressed. This step may include collaborating with your accountant or lawyer. We’ll also consider a number of comprehensive portfolio strategies that focus on your specific goals and objectives. When our proposed plan is complete, we’ll present it to you, answer your questions, and once you’re comfortable, outline the steps we’ll take to implement the plan.
-
With your approval, we will execute your customized strategy using our experience and the extensive research and resources available through Raymond James. This involves the selection of specific account types, investment products and optional services, and the handling of all necessary documents and paperwork. We’ll also provide a family wealth organizer binder to hold all of your financial, legal and tax documents in one place.
-
Once your plan is implemented, we will continually monitor its progress relative to your defined objectives. Every six months, we’ll sit down with you to review the progress made, give an honest assessment of what is or isn’t working, and recommend any changes where needed. Our process is actually a continuous endeavor that evolves along with your life and family.
